(Specially written for The Dominio*".) MONDAY. Fried Soles. Potatoes. Cauliflower. Koly Poly Fig Pudding. HOLY POLY FIG PUDDING. Make a suet crust with lib. flour, Jib. 6uet, 1 tcaspoonful of bnkinj powder, arid a pinch of salt, but use milk to mix it with instead of water. Eoll it out quar-ter-inch thick, cut lib. figs into small pieces, and spread thickly on the crust. Koll it up, seal the edges, tie in a wet 'pudding-cloth, boil for three hours, and terve with sweet melted butter.
