■ GERMAN' LEGISLATION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyriebt (Rec. May 14, 5.5 p.m.) Berlin, May 13. The Reichstag has- been debating the Insurance Consolidation Bill dealing with the administration of sick funds. AH,tho Socialist amendments.were rejected. The Reichstag maintained the present system whereby the workers contribute two-thirds, and the masters one-third of the fund, despite tho Government's efforts to equalise tho contributions.
