'■ THE TEMPLARS CLUB. . The euchre party and danoo lield in the New Century Hall, Kent Terrace, last night by members of the Templar Cricket Club was an enjoyable; affair. The president of the. club (Mr. J. G. W. Aitken) presented the trophies won during tho season. The. following is tlio list of prize-winners:—Batting average, E Ryan; highest score, B. Wright; bowling average, J. Blenkinsop; fielding, 11. Blenkinsop; most , improved player, C. W. Brown; player holding most catches, G. Lambert. In addition to tkeso two special prizes were given by members to J. Blenkinsop for capturing ten wickets in one innings. Ono trophy was the ball used on that occasion, suitably mounted, and the other was an illuminated copy of the score-sheet of the innings. Mr. Aitken also presented the prizes won at the euchre tournament. To tho following committee much of the success of the "social" was due: Messrs. Wright, M'Kenzie, AY. A. Aljan, Dryden, and Mesdamcs Allan | and Herditan, and Miss Murphy, ancompauist.
