RECIPROCITY CONDEMNED.
AMERICAN FARMERS HOSTILE. By Tcleffraph-Press Association-Copyright (Rec. May 12, 0.2j a.m.) Washington, May 11. The Farmers' National Congress has declared that it is unalterably opposed to the Reciprocity Agreement, owing to the injury likely to bo caused to the American agricultural industry. The Democrats aro considering the advisability of combining the Free List Bill with the Reciprocity Bill, the object being to defeat the probable Presidential veto of the Free List Bill.
