A single man named Alex, llarley, aged 27, employed at Fordell, took lysol at 10 o'clock last night and died from the effects.at 2.30 this morning. An inquest will be held this afternoon. BODY WASHED ASHORE. Nelson, May 10. The dead body of a girl was found on Boulder Bank, above high-water marl;, yesterday, a mile and a half from Mackay's Bluff. It is presumed to lie the elder of tho two Wilson girls, of St. Andrew's Orphanage, who were drowned on Easter Monday. BOY DROWNED. Auckland, May 10. A boy, 15 j'ears of age, son of Mr. Jesty, a settlor in Ness Valley, has been missing for a week. After a search his body was found in a deep waterhole. At the inquest a verdict was returned of accidental death by drowning.
