ThS balance-sheet for tho year disclosed the fact that the receipts were in excess of the expenditure by about Xii. Hie annual report has already been published. The following officers were elected lor (he ensuing year-.-Deacons, Messrs. C. Foote, A. .Gray, T. L- Reynolds, J C. Port Ci.- Stephenson. T. iorsytJi (treasurer), and G. B. Gregory (secretary); Sunday School superintendent. Mr. W. G. Holdsworth; choirmaster, Mr. A. M. Lewis; organists, T. iorsyth and J. Thawley. Tho public meeting and conversazione will be held on Tuesday, May IC.
