SPAIN AND THE VATICAN.
NEW RELIGIONS ASSOCIATIONS' LAW. By Telezraoh— Vress Association-Oonyrieat (Kec. May 11, O.G a.m.) Madrid, May 10. The Government has introduced a Bill subjecting tho religious associations in Spain to the common law, and compelling them to register themselves and keep accounts subject to an audit by the authorities. The possession of real property and personalty by the associations is restricted to their own requirements.
Tho Bill exempts the Saint Vincent dc Paul Society, and tho Franciscan and oilier associations privileged under the Concordat with tho Vatican. >
