ARCHBISHOP'S LIBEL ACTION.
CASE AGAINST "TRUTH." By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyricht Melbourne, May 9. In the Supreme Court, Mr. Justice A'Beckett granted an application uy tbo defendant in the 'libel action brought by Dr. Lowther Clarke, Anglican Archbishop of Melbourne, against John Norton, proprietor of' "Truth," that 'evidence be taken before a commission in Eugland.
