Plum Pudding. Lemon Honey Tarts. SUPPEIt. Cold Poof. Salad. Oyster Patties. Fruit Shape. Queen Pudding. STEAK AND KIDXJ3Y PUDDIXG. One pound and a half licof steak, 2 sheep's kidneys, 1 tahlespoonful of chopped shallot, 1 gill of water. Pepper and salt, 1 tahlespoonful of chopped parsley, 1 dessertspoonful of Hour, J,lh. suet crust. Make suet crust, roll ft out about i inch thick and lino a well-greased pudding basin with it. Cut the meat and kidney into neat pieces, mix with tbo shallot chopped finely, chopped parsley, Hour, 1 i teaspoonfuls of salt, J teaspoonful of pepper. Put in the lined basin, add water to nearly fill tbo basin, wet iho edges, and cover with crust. Tic down tightly and boil for 4 hours. A great deal of the success of a beef steak pudding depends on tlio long boiling.
