THE SHEFFIFLD CHOIR.
' ARRANGEMENTS FOR WELLINGTON. The famous Sheffield Choir, which bar, been giving a series of concerts in Canada, is now en route from Vancouver to Brisbane and Sydney: Tho choir will reach Wellington (from Auckland) at "> p.m. on June L'O, and a concert will bo given tlioro tho samo evening. Early on tho following morning tho Choir will leave for Palmerston North, where the members will bo welcomed by tho Mayor and Borough Council at a ■luncheon. A concert will begin there at 1 p.m., and will conclude at 3 p.m. Tho Choir will return to Wellington by special train, and instrumentalists and vocalists will go at once to tho Town Hall, to give a second concert in the capital city. Tho Wellington season will be closed with a ma"tinoo and r,tv evening concert on July 1.
