4 .PARK STREET COMPLETED. Tho Tramways Department has completed the special lino work at tho corner of Park Street in connection with the lino leading to Grant Road. This work has been going on for the past two weeks, and has caused some delay and inconvenience, in that tho single track has had to bo used. Tho inner loop was inspected and passed by tho Public Works Department yesterday, and cars commenced runnino: over it last night. Tho outer loop will bo inspected to-night, and it is hoped to have it ready for traffic to-morrow afternoon.
