LIVE STOCK SALES.

Messrs. Dalgety and Company, Limited, report on their , Otalti sale held yesterday. They state:—Wo yarded about 4CO shee-> and sixty head of cattle, onicn sold well under the hammer, and we report a total clearance at the following prices :—116 twotooth and f.f.m. ewes in lamb, IDs. 9d.; 50 fat wethers, 16s. Id.; 105 four and six-tooth wethers, 14s. Bd.; empty ewes, 4s. 9d., 35.; cattle, forward cows, £4 45.; store cows, £2 25., £2; bulls, £3; weaners. 3Cs., 18s. Messrs. Dalgety and Company, Limited, report:—Wo held a. sale at our Wanganui yards . to-day on account of Mrs. F. M. Xixori, Sedgebrook Grange. Mr. A. Allison Leatham, and others, of pedigree and grade Jersey cattle, and we have to report a most successful sale. There was n, good attendance of buvors, outside districts being well represented. Tho ouality of the sto?k offered was from medium to good, and'everything yarded was in particularly good condition. Wo sold on account of Mrs. Nixon 7 pedigree cows at- an averaga of £23 9s. 6d., and three heifer? at an averago of £20 2s. 6d., particulars being as follow:—Dolirhan. to W. J.
