CHARGES OF "GRAFT."
CANADIAN MINISTER ATTACKED. B? Telegraph—Pres3 Association-OopyTleht (Eec. May 2, 11.15 p.m.) Ottawa, May 2. 'Accusations are appearing in the press making charges of graft against Mi. Oliver, Minister of the Interior, in connection with railway land transactions. Mr. Oliver hus promised an explanation, stating Sir Wilfrid Lauricr is possessed of tho' full facts.
