The suburbs nhould be protected from tho jerrybuilder who frequently placed three houses on two sections. A minimum frontage of 10 feet should be prescribed for suburban areas. This would not impose hardship on anyone who had subdivided into smaller areas prior to the passing of the Act, as provision was made that the section named should not apply, to any allotment of land subdivided prior to the passing of the Act on December 3 last year.
