SOME MINOR CAPTURES.Ey Telegraph—Press Association-Copyrisht ■ (Eec. April 30, 5.5 p.m.) Mexico City, April 29. The peace conference will meet at El Paso. The revolutionary movement is proceeding outside tho armistice zone, and several minor captures by rebels are reported. The United States is approaching the Mexican Government asking whether the Vice-President expressed the statement attributed to him that the United States fomented the trouble in Mexico, in order to force intervention. It is believed Mexico will repudiate knowledge of such a statement.
