The tender of Mr. Maynard Dakin, nroprietor of a musical sketch company playing at St. Kilda, Melbourne, has been accepted by the committee of the New Zealand Coronation Exhibition, for the lease of the concert hall d\in'n» tho full term of the exhibition. The entertainments will be run on . terms with the Exhibition authorities.
Mr. F. E. I'etheriek. barrister and soiicitor. has been joined by Mr. 11. L. Machell, who is a graduate of Cambridge University, and has boon on the roll of English solicitors since 1876, having been admitted in New Zealand in 1905. The firm will carry on business at Kouth's Buildings, Featherston Street, Wellington, as "Pctherick and Machell.".
