EXPLANATION ACCEPTED. By Teleerapa-Press Association-Copyright London, April 26. The House of Commons' Committee on Privilege is satisfied with the Earl of Aberdeen's explanation that he sent a telegram referring to the West Aberdeen election in his capacity of Lord Lieutenant. ' In February last the House of Commons referred to tho Committee on Privileges the complaint that Lord Aberdeen (Lord Lieutenant of Ireland) had sent to Mr. J. Henderson, a candidate for the West Aberdeen seat at the last general elections, a letter, stating: "After a continuous residence in Ireland for years, watching affairs, and meeting people of every class ■and creed, I am profoundly • impressed concerning the. absolute baselessness of the alarm about the consequences ' of Home Eule." •■■■-.-
