The prize of X2OOO for a flight round the Statue of Liberty <it Now York haa now been awarded by the governors of the American 'Aero Club to Count, do Lesseps. The club first awarded the prizo to the late Mr. Moisnnt, but the International Aeronautic Federation, the supremo authority, revolted this decision hi favour of Mr. Grahamo-Wliite. The American chib has now defied the federation aud disqualified Mr. Grahamc-Whitc for "foul' ing a pylon" during the flig'it.
