CHARGE OF KIDNAPPING. By Telegraph—l'rcss Association-Copyright New York, April 23. From Indianapolis comes news that warrants are out and may be used to arrest Mr. Burns (anti-Union counsel) on a charga of kidnapping M'Nnmara, secretary of the International Bridges and Ironworkers' Union, and the alleged dynamiter of the Los Angeles "Times" office in September last. The assistant prosecutor (Jlr. Ford, of Los Angeles) has been arrested. (Rec. April 2G, 11.15 p.m.) New York, April 26. Detective Bums arrested tho Los Angeles suspects apprehended in Indianaopolis on a charge of being implicated in the kidnapping of MacNainara. Search is proceeding in Wisconsin, where another suspect is believed to be working at a logging camp.
