AnstrutherGray (Unionist member for St. Andrew's Burghs), the Secretary of State for tho Colonies (Mr. Harcourt) stated that he wits unaware that there had been improper recruiting of women in the New Hebrides during tho past year. Mr. Harcourt added that he was asking the British High Commissioner to report on the subject.
