MUTINOUS TROOPS.
TROUBLE. IN BALUCHISTAN. By Telceranh—Press Association—Oopyricht (Rec. April 26, 0.5 a.m.) Calcutta, April 25. Mutinous troops killed the Chief of Kharan, who had been. giving trouble to the British in Baluchistan. It is stated that the fort has been seized and everything looted.
