The cruiser Edgar arrived from England to-day with relief crews for tho warships Torch, Sealark, and Fantome.' The Edgar had an exciting tiino in towing submarine 0 38 from Suez to Singapore. During a heavy blow the towlines parted, and the submarine was for two days knocking about under its own power, and piactically submerged by heavy seas. The crew wero put on short allowance. When the weather moderated the towing was resumed.
