He has studied municipal matters in many towns and cities, e.g., Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dublin, Belfast, Cork, Liverpool, Aberystwith, Llandudno, London, Paris, Strasburg, Freibure, Baden, Geneva, Naples, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Sydney, Melbourne, etc., etc. 8. He resides in Wellington East, and is all round'the City and its Suburbs daily, and knows the requirements of all. 9. The establishment of a Municipal Market on a modest scale, but capable of expansion as required. ELECTRIC LIGHT. A vigorous administration of the Electric Light undertaking for the benefit of consumers. TEAMWAYS.
