(Specially written for Tjie Dominion.) MONJJAY. Marinaded Steak. Potatoes. Broad beans. I?oly Poly Jam Pudding. MARINADED STEAK. • Two pounds nico thick steak, 1 tablespoonful of pepper, 1 tablespoonfiil of salt, 2 teaspoonfuls of sugar, 1 tablespoouful of Worcester sauce, 2 tablespoonfuls of vinegar. Score tho steak, and leave it in the mixtufs three or [out hours, turning,it every now and then. Grill or fry, and use the mixture for tho gravy. FOB TO-MOREOW. Two pounds tripe, lib. tomatoes, cabbage.
