King Victor Emmanuel welcomed Prince Arthur of Connaught (son of the Duke of Connaught), who was the bearer of King George's congratulations on Italy's Jubilee. In the course of a speech in Parliament on February 6, Sir. The third will be for large motor boats, and will be from Venice to Rome. Tho start from Turin will take nlacc about the middle of June, 1911. The start for the third, or maritime, section of the "event"—from Venice to Rome—will take place at the beginning of July. This section is by far the most_ important, and for it the large?t prizes will lie.offered. It will be divided into ten stages of about 170 miles each.
