DRAUGHTS TOURNEY.
(By Telegraph.—rress Association.) Dunedin, April 20. The Australasian draughts championship tournament was continued 10-day. In the third round, Broilic met llillike'r. Tho lir.st two games were drawn, tho third was won by Brodie, and tho fourth was drawn. Hilliker now drops into the losers' class, and Brodie and Penman are loft to fidit out the linnl of the winners' round. So far Drodio has played 20 games in the championship. lu the losers' class, second round, Kgaii beat Morris, the scores being Egan one win and live draws, lioreham defeated Lucas by two games to one, with ono draw. In tho handicap tournament, eight competitors have played tho full number' of games (22), whilo Bruce, Carswell, Keenan, and Matheson have two games each to play. The scores at present arc Bruce, 15{ points; Matlieson, Hi; ITuUon.' 12.1; Lang, 123; Moore, 1U; Ciller. 11Keenan. 11; Bolting, 10; 'Penman, 9; Carswell, 81; Morris, Cj; Edwards, 51.
