THE PROPOSED CONGRESS IN FINLAND. By Taleeranh—Press Associatlon-Copyricht Hclsingfors, April 19. The Governor-General of Finland has advised the Imperial Government to prohibit the proposed International Congress of the Young Men's Christian Associations.

The Y.M.C.A. International Congress is held every three years in different countries. It was held in Berlin last year. At these ' congresses representatives of branches of the Y.M.C.A. from all over the world meet to discuss the work of the associations. It is called the World's Triennial Conference of the Y.M.C.A.
