■# TO BE HEARD IN WELLINGTON. It is understood that arrangements have now been made for a rehearing of the celebrated ICnyvctt cc.se, and that exCaptain F. B. ICnyvctt is to be tried by court-martial at Wellington early ivext month. As has been previously announced, the proceedings will be confined to a single issue—whether a certain letter which he wrote, concerning his superior officer, was couched in such terms as constituted "an offence to the prejudice of good order and military discipline."
