They shall lie packed and graded i according to. tho' instructions of, the inspectors. . . . I 3. They shall be exported in Tas- '■. manian. Peacock cases. ! i. They shall be shipped in cold ; storage. 5. Exporters shall make their owit arrangements for shipment to and sale in Europe. J I!. The High Commissioner's officers i shall be giyen facilities for inspecting i and reporting on the fruit after arI Tival of the shipment. I . 7. The amount guaranteed to each : grower shall be the net return of one penny per pound of the fruit forming ■ his part of the shipment. . j 8. The total amount guaranteed by tho Government shall, however, not exceed -£315 (being the amount claimed, in respect of last year's shipment), and if that sum does not yield one penny per pound to each grower it will he distributed pro rata according to the amount that would be duo to each grower had the basis been one penny per pound without tho total amouut being limited. 9. In calculating-the amount to be deducted for expenses-, New Zealand freights, and wharf charge's, also cost : of wrapping paper shall be taken into ; - consideration, but the cost of the case and of the labour employed in packing shall not be taken into account.
