KITCHENER ON BOY SCOUTS.
AN APPRECIATION. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright (Rec. April 20, 0.50 a.m.) London, April 19. Lord Kitchener, at a Coronation review in Leicestershire, said that the Boy Scout movement broke class prejudice, and promoted comradeship, discipline, and resourcefulness. Tho Scout ideals were- the highest Christianity and patriotism. They should never forget that once a Scout, always a Scout. When the nation had a million men and boys imbued with the Scout spirit it might he proud of itself.
