FOUR WAITERS ARRESTED. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright. (Rec. April 19, 10.45 p.m.) St. Petersburg, April 19. Four hotel waiters who followed from Baku the two brothers, named Dclanin, representing Parisian jewellers, who wero murdered in a sleeping-car between Baku and Moscow, have been arrested. ■ Jewellery valued at .£20,000 has been recovered.
