TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for The Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. - Steak and oyster pudding. Potatoes,. Vegetable marrow. Cheese aigrettes. CHEESE AIGRETTES. Half a pint of cold water, one ounce of butter, four ounces of Hour, three ounces ol cheese, two wbolo eggs and one yolk, cayenne and salt to taste. Dry the flour in the oven and rub it through.a sieve; nut the water and butter on to boil; when boiling add the flour; stir vigorously on the fire until the panada leaves the sides of tho pan quite clean. Remove from tho fire, and whon slightly cooked add the eggs ono by one, and seasoning, and, lastly, the cheese; put ou a plate to cool. Take a small piece of the mixture in a teaspoon, drop it into hot, but not quite boiling, fal, and fry a nice brown. "Serve on a nankin with grated parmesan sprinkled over. FOR TO-MORROW. Leg of mutton, onions, cabbage, half a dozen eggs.
