They have sent many bombs and revolvers to Albania and Bulgarian bands are preparing for an active terrorist campaign against the Turks. Constantinople, April 17. Fighting continues. The Tuzi Turks continue to hold the heights, and a portion of the garrison has joined the rebels. The Albanians rushed the Kastrati Heights, and captured several guns. Turkish reinforcements have be£n dispatched.
