TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Dominion.) MONDAY. Cold corned beef. Potatoes.- Stewed celery. Salnd. Banana fritters. BANANA FRITTERS. Bananas, castor sugar, frying fat, -loz. flour, J pint tepid water, 1 tablespoonfiil of salad oil, 2 whites of eggs, a pinch of salt. Sift the (lour and salt, mix the oil and water, and with it gradually mix the flour to a smooth paste, adding. the remainder of the oil and water by degrees. Prepare the • fruit; whisk the whites of eggs to n stiff froth, and stir lightly to n batter. Dip the fruit in, fry a golden brown, drain oa paper; (lust with sugar and serve. .
FOR TO-MORROW. One neck of mutton. Onions. Spinach. Semolina. Fruit.
