SPEECH BY A N.S.W. MINISTER. (By Telegraph—Press Association Copyrfeht! Sydney, April 15. In turning the sod at the waterworks at Broken Hill, Mr. Griffith, State Minister for Public Works, appealed to the men to shoiv carping critics what was possible with the day-labour system. He assured the people there would bo no Government stroke,, and that he would not interfere with the Engineer in charge regarding dismissals.
