THE BLACK HAND.
A BOMB EXPLOSION. By Telegraph—Press Association-Oopyrieht (Rec. April 14, 5.5 p.m.) New York, April 13. A nitro-glycerine bomb was exploded in Chicago by members of the Black Hand. It broke hundreds of windows and started a panic, Uut there were no fatalities.
