o ROBBERIES AND MURDERS. By Tclegrapli-Prcss Association-Copyrlzht St. Patersburg, April 10. A party of Cossacks plundered and murdered nine German colonists at Alutskain, in the, Northern Caucasus. Thirty armed Terrorists attacked a postal van at Tiirck in Russian Poland. After having killed a gendarme and two policemen, the Terrorists dynariiited tho van and stole from it 47,000 roubles.
