On Raster Monday, the Post Office will be open in ail its branches (except the moneyorder department) from 9 to 10 a.m. Mails by steamers sailing on that day will cloro at 8 a.m. The only dispatches by trains will bo for the airarapa district, which will dose at 6.30 a.m.; and those for the Manawatu, W angamii, Tarauaki, Hawke's Bay. and Auckland districts, which will close at 8 a.m. There will bo no day clearances of the city and suburban receivers, and no deliveries by letter-earners.
