'ADMISSIONS BY ROUTET.

At the examination of Maimon, the alleged spy, Pallier, his secretary, and Routet, the Foreign Office clerk, who are stated to have stolen and sold many important French political document?, tho examining magistrate produced ten copies of documents seized at Maimon's residence, afld relating.to the Bagdad railway.
Routet admitted that he had communicated to Maimon the contents of four of tho documents. 'ARRESTS IN GERMANY. (Rec. April 10, 10.50 p.m.) Berlin, April 10. A gang of spies has been arrested for stealing at Schweidenitz secret German mobilisation plans and selling them to Russia.
