TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for TnE Dominion.) MONDAY. Curried Mutton. Potatoes. Cabbage. Applo and Sultana Koly-Poly Pudding. APPLE AND SULTANA ROLY-POLY PUDDING. Half lb. flour, lib. chopped suet, 1 level teaspoonful of baking powder, a pinch of salt, 3 large apples, 3oz. sultanas, 2oz. Demarara sugar. Peel, core, and slico the apples, roll out the suet paste, made from the flour, suet, baking powder, and cold water, to an oblong slupa about one-third inch thick. Spread the npples over the surface of the paste, and snrinkle the sugar and sultanas over them. Damp the edges with water, and roll up. Tie the roll rather looely in a dry cloth, and boil two hours. Turn on to a hot dish, and serve at once. FOR TO-MORROW. Six or 71b. corned beef, carrots, turnips, breadcrumbs, fruit.
