; : TROOPS BURN VILLAGES. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright London, April 6. Tho Vienna correspondent of "Tho Times" states that Albanians continue to emigrate to Montenegro, and that unless Turkey can pacify the insurgents otherwise than by means of fire and sword, Turco-Montenegrin relations will bo severely strained. Turkish irregulars, while marching from Skndra, the capital of tho province of Scutari, burned every Albanian village en route. MORE FIGHTING AT TUSHI. Vienna, April 6. Fighting continues at Tushi, near tho Montenegrin border. Tho Turks re-captured a position at Hoti Grudi, but were repulsed at Kastri. where they , lost eleven killed and 200 wounded. REBELS TAKE UP, THE OFFENSIVE. (Ree. April 7, 10 p.m.) Constantinople, April 7. The Albanians have taken tho offensive at Tushi. Both sides have suffered losses.
