THE THEORY DISCREDITED. By Telegraph-Press Association-CopyriEht Sydney, April 6. Mr. Hunt, the Commonwealth Meteorologist, has compiled a table covering the Sydney rainfall returns for a period of seventy years.' He claims that this proves the theory of weather cycles to be altogether out of the question as a basis for forecasting tho weather.
