Churchill (London), Past High Chief Killer of the Hcchalnto Order, who is visiting tlio Dominion, was accorded a civic welcome to-night, ami afterwards entertained at a banquet by tlio local licchabiles' Lodge. Timarii, April 5. Mr. .Tolm Philipson, Grand Sire of tha ltcchabito Order, spent a few hours hero to-day. He was formally welcomed by the Mayor ami representatives oi tlio Local Tent and other friendly societies. Ho afterwards went on to Ashburum.
