INTERESTING COMPARISON. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Christchurch, April 5. At Kaiapoi last night, the Hon. D. Buddo quoted a return prepared for the Valuation Department comparing the registered sales of freeholds valued at .£100(1 or over in six months with the Government valuations of the same properties.
