AUSTRALIAN APPEALS DECIDED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrieht London, April 4. The Judicial Committee of the Privy Council has given its decisions in the following appeal cases:— Commissioner of Stamps and Duties, New South Wales, versus Byrnes; appeal dismissed, with costs. Jlunicipal Council of Sydney versus Fleay; appeal allowed, with no costs. Giddy versus Williams, of New South Wales; appear dismissed, with costs. The Golden Horseshoe Estates Company' versus the Crown; judgment reserved.
