SUGAR TRUST PROSECUTION.
NEW STAGE REACHED. ' By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyricht (Kec. April 5, 1.10 a.m.) Washington, April 4. A further stage has been reached in the Government's suit to dissolve the American Sugar Refining Company, on the ground that it is an illegal combination in restraint of trade. The companies involved aro now filing demurrers, asserting that other parties ought to be made parties to the action.
