NORTH PACIFIC CEREAL TRADE. By Telegraph—Press Assbciation-Copyrient (Rec. April 5, 1.10 a.m.) Washington, April 4. Tho American Trans-Pacific shipping lines havo joined together and formed a Trans-Pacific Tariff Bureau, agreeing to restore the former rates for wheat and flour from American North Pacific ports to Japan, China, and Manila. This means tho end to a bitter rate war.
