William 'HamUton Gibson, for criminal assault, was sentenced to three years' imprisonment. Itobert blovenson, on three charges of forgery and uttering, was sentenced to two years imprisonment and declared an habitual criminal. George Gordon, lor cattle stealing, was admitted to probation for a year. TIMARU HARBOUR. .. .. , Timaru, March 31. At tho annual meeting of the Harbour Board the report showed that tho revenue was £37,998, the largest received in any ono year. The value of tho imports and exports also showed a satisfactory advance, but there was i shrinkage in tonnage, though . twenty, eight more vessels than in 1909 were handled.'
