IMMIGRATION SCANDALS.
DEAD BODY FOUND ON CANADIAN BORDER. By Telegraph—Press AEsociatkm-Oopyrieht 1 (Rec. April 2, 5.5 p.m.) Ottawa, April 1. It is reported at Winnipeg that the body of a British subject has been found on the international boundary at Ncche, North Dakota. Foul play is suspected, as the immigration staff at Neche was recently dismissed in consequence of the alleged ill-treatment of immigrants. Two telephone employees swear that (lie deceased had been illegally confined in the immigration offices.
