Nathan, chairman of the committee which tendered the Prime Minister and Attorney-General a biinouet recently on the occasion of their departure for London, has received a letter written from R.M.S. Tho Anglican Bishop-elect of Auckland (Archdeacon Crossley) will leavo Melbourne on April 18, and will arrive in Auckland on the following Sunday, April 23. The consecration ceremony will take place at St. Mary's Cathedral on Tuesday morning, April 25, at 10.30 o'clock. In tho absence of the Primato (Bishop Neville), the Bishop of Christchurch (Dr. Julius), Acting-Primate, will bo the consecrating Bishop, and the Bishops of Nelson, Waiapu, and Wellington, nnd Bishop Williams are expected to be present. After the ceremony Bishop Wallis will leave for England. Mr. Justice Denniston arrived from the south on Saturday morning.
